Shipping Rates & Policies
For all applications, kindly make sure that all relevant sections in the application form are properly filled. All applications which are unclear and incomplete will be held and machine will not be shipped out, regardless of the method of payment.
Your goods will be shipped to you after the funds have credited to our account and order has been reviewed and processed.
Customers are requested to submit all relevant application documents to Enagic USA (via online store, email, or fax).
Upon acknowledgement by Enagic USA, your goods will be shipped after the payment is cleared, and subject to stock availability.
Please allow up to 7-10 business days for supply orders to ship once charged. For Machine and Ukon orders, orders ship within 1-2 business days after the order is processed successfully.
Shipping time will depend on area being shipped to and delivery dates are not guaranteed. Please check tracking number after you receive it from FedEx. Please see Shipment Estimate Map below for a general timeframe.
The company strictly follows all terms and conditions applied in our Return Policy, Distributor Agreement, and Policies & Procedure.

Enagic USA will not be responsible for any claims after 30 DAYS from
the confirmed delivery date.

Shipping rates for supply orders are not fixed. Rates are calculated by FedEx and are based on weight, distance, and can fluctuate.
You will have the opportunity to see the total including shipping cost after adding items to your cart and before you finalize the order.

- Transit times for FedEx Ground do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
- Transit times for FedEx Home Delivery, do not include Sundays, Mondays, or holidays.
- The delivery times shown are dependent on the ship date. Please allow 1-2 business days for machine/ukon order processing before product is shipped.
- FedEx transit time information is subject to change without notice.
- Orders shipping from the Hawaii office may have different transit times and use a different courier, depending on location.
